What's On

Offering workshops across all disiciplines of acroyoga, partner acrobatics and more.

See Schedule

Pops & Icarians

A pop is a type of dynamic, L-basing transition between poses where the Base throws the Flyer while still maintaining a one or more points of contact. In Icarians, Bases and Flyers fully disconnect, releasing contact completely so that Flyers can really fly – just the myth the skill takes its name from.

Hand-to-Hand

Hand-to-Hand skills involve Flyers handstanding on top of their Base (or Bases)’s hands. Once the fundamentals are mastered, they open up the possibilities to a huge range of balances, poses and dynamic transitions in both Standing and L-Basing acro.

Washing Machines

Linked L-base sequences that return to their start pose, letting you loop endlessly to refine timing, communication and fluid movement.

Banquine

Group bases launch and catch flyers, building human columns and mid-air passes that showcase collective power and precise timing.

Banquine prep

Group Acro

More than two people? More fun. Group acro cover everything from human pyramids, tower building, base swapping and “pass-the-flyer” fun.

Foot-to-Hand

Skills where the flyer stands in the base’s hands with both feet — or just one! A classic in both L-basing and standing acro, and a launchpad for more dynamic tricks.

Icarian back tuck

Whicarians & Whip-pops

Whicarians are dynamic movements that begin with an Icarian throw and dive (often-literally) straight into a whip or whip-pop. Conversely, a whip-pop begins with a dynamic whip and transitions directly into an Icarian skill after the swing.

Counter Balances

Partners lean away to share a centre of gravity, sculpting gravity-defying shapes that teach communication and connection.

Thai Massage

Traditional Nuad Boran bodywork—rhythmic compressions and assisted stretches—that prepares muscles and amplifies partner listening skills.

Dan Thatcher performing an acrobatic back bend

Soft Acrobatics

Less about big throws, more about solo flowing. Think smooth transitions and playful acrobatic movements that feels good on the body.

Handstands

Handstand (or Handbalance) is the art of balancing upside down on one or both hands. Developing a strong and stable kick up and hold allows acrobats to develop more challenging positions such as stag, tuck, straddle, diamond and the “seven”; and to develop advanced skills like presses, tilts and even one armed handstands.
