During this workshop participants will be introduced to different banquine drills that will help them understand basing the flying techniques.
We will work in big groups to ensure safety and there will be progressions based on the level of the participants.
Pre-Reqs: Standing F2H
Different washing mashines that will challenge flyers orientation and base flexibility.
Pre-Reqs: Super stable in star, rev star, side star, croc
We''ll work on some interesting, some challenging stand-alone tricks and movements, then move into linking them with an emphasis on quality of movement!
Pre-Reqs: Comfortable standing F2H and H2H (including a safe entry and exit)

An open-level pop class where the flyer pops from balls to straight as many ways as we can think of that are silly but safe to do, if it looks too hard spotters will get you through it.
Pre-Reqs: None
Pre-Reqs: 1) L base hand to hand and 2) Very comfortable two high.
We will cover dynamic entries to L basing F2H.
Pre-Reqs: Stable L base F2H
My favourite exercises, drills and variations on pitch, podshedshka, one arms, one foots, handstand on long arms.
Pre-Reqs: Pitch to F2H (rev or normal), podsh to shoulders, H2H base can squat

An accessible and at times challenging standing sequence something for everyone, spotters essential so that anything is possible.
Pre-Reqs: None
Small Icarian tricks that will link acro poses you know with some adrenaline! It will include transitions from bird to reverse star and back, plus an extra challenge if needed. All accessible with nice progressions.
Pre-Reqs: Some experience with Icarians
Trio Variations of Podshedshka (what the f**k is an inlocate?), cartwheel, cascades and more. Same size friendly
Pre-Reqs: Safe H2H and F2H in standing, no spotter
Fun and challenging duo tricks with a dance flair, including lifts, flips and spins.

We will start with fully accessible sequence & progressively move into a flow for strong flyers with a passion for pressing into inversions, crocs & bicep-stands. Exploring same size balances with precision of movement in transitions that require awareness & timing. If you normally base this maybe a good one for you.
Pre-Reqs: None
Is pitching new, feeling heavy or awkward? Not sure where to put your face as a base? Not sure where the line is as a flyer? We'll take a deep dive into some pitching techniques & address the above. It will be a structured class giving you a toolkit to take away and train safely and progressively.
Pre-Reqs: : 2x cradle throws in a row (bases). Can jump up onto a 40cm platform (flyers). Lbase F2H (base / fly). Desirable but not required: standing RF2H.
Bored of throne to F2F? We will play around with unusual entries to F2F! From challenging balances to nice dynamic entries.

We will look at handstand lines & different ways of kicking up into handstand including, tuck, split and straddle. There will be conditioning & mobility work to help participants prepare for the handstand, some solo drills and some partner work with a spotter. We will also be covering how to bail safely out of your handstand
when it goes wrong!
Pre-Reqs: None
We will work on adding timing and tempo to smooth out some entries to 2high. Skills covered: Ping and calf pop to 2high
Pre-Reqs: Must have familiarity with 2 high
Technical drills, funky drills, tempo drills, alignment drills, balancing drills, exit drills, handgrip drills, who-is-leading drills, safeyour-flyer drills, and many more.
Pre-Reqs: Safe h2h and f2h in standing, no spotter
Base rolling to the side in F2H as flyer turns. Other more challenging variations may be offered such as in H2H.

This workshop is for anyone new to standing acrobatics who wants to work on skillful techniques for some basic moves such as 2high, vliender/side star, carry off, flag, and more! May be of interest for more similar-sized duos or flyers who also want
to learn to base!
Pre-Reqs: None
A pop-free flow that includes a secretary press to mono reverse shoulder stand, if it looks too hard spotters will get you through it.
Pre-Reqs: Experience in flows eg, pick pocket, croc
Got your standing F2H but not sure where to go next? We''ll be sharing some step sequences such as the classic catwalks and pirouettes. We'll also offer refinements on carrying positions, grips, fluidity and more.
Pre-Reqs: Comfortable standing RF2H (possess a controlled entry and exit)

We will focus on the basics of standing tricks: main roles (flyer, base, spotter), their responsibilities & how to efficiently communicate with words & actions (tempo). We will practice easy partner lifts, counter balances & transitions in between them in order to create a beautiful standing flow.

Intro and cleaning whips and Tarzan.
Pre-Reqs: Some experience with whips
We will be learning how to unlock your elusive press handstand! We will be working on some solo drills, some wall exercises & some partner work to understand how to press into your handstand & find your line at the top of it. We will also look at some one arm shifts with a spotter.
Pre-Reqs: Solid 20 second handstand & competent bailing
Technical exercises, pre exercises, spotting drills, flying drills and a possible path to train courbets & cascade out of lines.

An L-Basing flow with a transition into a standing counterbalance. Beginning with an accessible side star sequence and move into a more challenging goofy sequence requiring foot placements and handbalances. Challenging your L-Basing potential with a flow that are in parts simple sequence with challenging elements, all manageable with judicious use of spotters.
Pre-Reqs: None
We will work lots of prep drills to get bases, mids, and flyers ready for their first 3high! Skills covered: 2high stability, mid/flyer climbs and dismounts, base stability and bracing with 2 flyers.
Pre-Reqs: Must have familiarity with 2high
In this intermediate workshop we’ll be working with cool & challenging L-base flows and spice them up with some whips, arm balances and unusual inversions.
Pre-Reqs: Experience with Tarzan & solid rev. star
Different tricks from BQ to Base, Base to BQ. A lot of throwing, flying and catching.
Pre-Reqs: Banquine straight jump (with release) with spot; f2h tempo (no release, but base gets to long arms) with spot & standing h2h base can squat.

A sequence of cool partner acro moves with a dance flair, including supported cartwheels and an assisted backflip.
Pre-Reqs: None
We will be looking at creating functionalendurance in your handstand. We will also look at precision of your jump into a handstand through a straddle which will be useful for those of you wanting to start or gain more consistency in your hand to hand entry!
Pre-Reqs: Able to kick up into a handstand unassisted
Variations on the regular Pitches - some of them challenging and some of them fun. We will not be doing the standard Pitches in this workshop ;)

A fun three person flow with transitions between L basing & standing

Some of our favourite entries and exits in standing F2H. Will include steady climbs and flying descents.
Pre-Reqs: Standing F2H. High bird.
This workshop will consist of a progression of drills where the participants will learn how to stand on head on a standing base using both feet and also single leg techniques.
Pre-Reqs: Solid neck for bases & standing F2H
Different washing mashines. Some in trios (1 base 2 flyers) and some in groups of 4 or more.
